Cookie Policy
How Agmeno uses cookies and similar technologies
This Cookie Policy explains how FlockHR s. r. o., operating under the Agmeno brand ("Agmeno", "we", "us" or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on agmeno.com and other Agmeno web pages that link to this Policy. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files or similar identifiers stored on, or accessed from, your device when you visit a website. We may also use related technologies such as local storage, pixels, tags or software development tools that perform similar functions. In this Policy, we refer to these technologies collectively as "cookies" where the context permits.
2. When we need consent
We distinguish between strictly necessary technologies and optional technologies. Strictly necessary cookies may be used where they are required to provide a service you expressly request, maintain security, remember essential privacy choices or enable core website functionality. Optional cookies - such as analytics, preference or marketing technologies - are activated only where and to the extent permitted by applicable law, including consent requirements under applicable electronic communications and data protection rules.
3. Categories of cookies we may use
| Category | Purpose | Consent |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Security, network management, form functionality, session handling, load balancing, fraud prevention and storage of your cookie-consent choice where necessary. | Generally not required where the technology is strictly necessary under applicable law. |
| Preferences / functional | Remember optional preferences or settings that improve the website experience but are not strictly necessary to provide the requested service. | Used only with consent where required. |
| Analytics / measurement | Help us understand website use, page performance, traffic patterns and technical issues so we can improve the Site. | Used only with prior consent where required. |
| Marketing / advertising | Measure campaigns, attribute visits, create or use advertising audiences, or support personalised advertising across websites or platforms. | Used only with prior consent where required. |
4. Cookie Settings and the current cookie register
The exact technologies used on the Site may change as our website and service providers change. The current cookie register is displayed in the Cookie Settings interface available from the Site footer or cookie banner. That register identifies, where applicable:
- cookie or technology name;
- provider;
- purpose;
- category;
- whether it is first-party or third-party;
- expiry or retention period; and
- the relevant consent status.
The Cookie Settings interface forms the operational, up-to-date list of cookies used by the Site. This Policy explains the rules and categories that apply to that list.
5. How to give, refuse or withdraw consent
When optional cookies are used, you can make a choice through the cookie banner or Cookie Settings. Where required by law, optional cookies are not activated before your consent. You can:
- accept all optional cookies;
- reject all optional cookies;
- choose individual categories; and
- change or withdraw your choice later through Cookie Settings available from the website footer.
Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Your preferences may be stored using a strictly necessary consent cookie so that we can remember and respect your choice.
6. Third-party cookies and providers
Some optional functionality may be provided by third parties, such as analytics, video, scheduling, social-media, CRM, advertising or other technology providers. If those providers set or access cookies on your device, they may process information under their own privacy terms as well as under their agreements with us.
We do not intentionally activate third-party analytics or marketing cookies before the required consent. The current third-party providers in use are identified in Cookie Settings.
7. International data transfers
Some cookie providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where GDPR applies, transfers are handled using an applicable legal mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with supplementary safeguards where required. Further information is available in our Privacy Policy and, where relevant, the provider information shown in Cookie Settings.
8. Cookie duration
Cookies may be session cookies, which expire when you close your browser, or persistent cookies, which remain for a defined period. We aim to use retention periods proportionate to the relevant purpose. The specific expiry period for each cookie is shown in the current Cookie Settings register.
9. Browser controls
Most browsers allow you to view, delete or block cookies through browser settings. Blocking all cookies may affect Site functionality, including security features and saved consent preferences. Browser controls are separate from the Site's Cookie Settings and may not communicate your privacy preference to every third party in the same way.
10. Similar technologies and embedded content
Embedded content, scheduling tools, videos, social-media features or other third-party components may use technologies similar to cookies. Where such technologies are optional and subject to consent, we prevent them from loading until the relevant consent is given, or use an equivalent consent-based mechanism.
11. Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when our website, providers, technologies or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on the Site. Material changes to optional tracking practices may also require renewed consent or an updated cookie banner, where required by law.
12. Contact
Questions about our use of cookies or privacy can be sent to contact@agmeno.com. For more information about how we process personal data, please see our Privacy Policy.
